Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Windsor
A market leader in their industry our client is expanding their team, looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist, to create a full training programme to ensure the growing team are meeting SLA and industry and compliance standards.
You will be methodical and exceptionally organsied, developing a comprehensive training programme that ensures the team delivers on the expected level of service, promoting a culture in which your team are actively engaged.
You will liaise with Team Leaders and Senior Management, listening to their requirements and develop training to match the business requirements - helping the Team Leaders to apply the training with their team on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will have worked in quality assurance or compliance training. You will be computer literate and committed to continual improvement.
Our client offers a team-oriented environment in lovely offices in central Windsor - parking is provided. After your probation period has been completed, hybrid working may be offered.
