Located in West Harrow, our client is looking for a dynamic Quality Analyst to take on a new role, centering around the implementation of quality assurance processes in their manufacturing entities.

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a resourceful process driven graduate with an interest in quality assurance, who can research, recommend and assist with implementation of appropriate processes for ISO9001 and ISO13485 QA systems. The ideal candidate is an organized and methodical emerging professional who has the skills, confidence and abilities necessary to analyse requirements, sift hard requirements from 'nice to have’, make recommendation to management to define a roadmap to implementation, and assist with practical steps to complete the process. In this exciting opportunity, , if the successful candidate is interested in broadening their horizons the business would expect the role to develop beyond its current scope once the implementation is up and running.

Objectives of this role
Working closely with management to;

  • Interpret, build upon, and implement company quality assurance standards.
  • Develop complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develop documentation processes for quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Identify training needs and make recommendations to management.


Responsibilities

  • Analyse, assess requirements and draft procedures and policy documents
  • Develop procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints


About You:

  • Keen interest in quality assurance, and its terminology, methods, and tools
  • Good computer skills, including database management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Emerging skills in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
