QC / Testing Operative (Pharmaceutical Industry)

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team on a temporary basis. As a QC / Testing Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before they reach the market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and analysis of pharmaceutical products, following established protocols and procedures.
• Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all testing and analysis performed, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to identify and address any quality issues.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures, as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and testing methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and interpret data.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

This is a temporary position for a contract period of 6 months. The working pattern is full-time, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate for this role ranges from £16.01 to £16.81, depending on experience and qualifications.
