Purchase Ledger
CMA Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a prestigious business based in Winchester, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Purchase Ledger Assistant.
This is a great opportunity to work amongst a small finance team where you have full autonomy of the purchase ledger process.
What will the purchase ledger role involve:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Processing subcontractor payments; checking CIS allocation, retention and VAT applied
- Bi-weekly payment runs
- Expense and credit card management
- Bank reconciliations
Suitable candidate for the Purchase Ledger role:
- Prior experience working within a finance team, dealing with the supplier invoice process
- Comfortable working independently
