We are actively seeking a Purchase Ledger Supervisor for a highly reputable company in Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

  • To oversee the activities of the Accounts Payable team
  • Full Management of the Purchase Ledger
  • Cash Book reconciliation - Sales & Purchase
  • Supplier Payments including Direct Debits
  • Review of Supplier statements
  • Processing of Company & Personal Expenses
  • Resolving ledger issues
  • Maintaining good relationships with Suppliers
  • Adapting to change - Systems & Processes
  • Month end Procedures
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Credit Control support


Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

  • Purchase Ledger Supervisory experience or is a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk, looking for a supervisory role
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
