We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join an award winning TV production group, based in central London! The hybrid position will involve the management of a team of 3, ensuring the smooth running of the AP department, directly reporting to the financial controller.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review key AP accounts
- Oversee training, performance measurement, and goal setting for the team
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices and expense claims
- Develop and implement improved policies and processes
- Manage payment runs, including international transactions
- Produce expense analysis reports and maintain operational documentation
- Lead various financial tasks, including cash flow management and other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- 5+ years of transactional accounting experience (media/TV/film preferred)
- Strong managerial experience in accounts payable
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, lookups etc.)
- Double-entry Bookkeeping
- Thorough knowledge of accounting systems (PMI and Barclays.NET)
- Tenacious, personable and a strong communicator
