Description

  • Managing the accounts payable ledger
  • Processing and reconciling invoices
  • Handling supplier queries and building strong relationships
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Assisting in month-end procedures
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Adhering to company policies and industry regulations
  • Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team as needed

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • A strong understanding of accounts payable processes
  • Excellent numerical and financial acumen
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy
