Urgent: Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to start a 6-month, fixed term contract (with the option to be extended) as a busy manufacturing company in the Cranfield area of Bedford.

This is an office-based role (sorry - NO HYDRID) and a role working with the purchase department where you deal with invoice issues, process payment runs, monitor an email inbox.

There will be other duties such as reconciling statements, emailing supplier and typical day 2-day admin work.

It's a nice role for someone who has worked within a similar role before but a person that prefers a smaller, close-knit team where you are supported and challenged.

What skills are needed?

  • Experience working with in office environment (ideally within purchasing).
  • Strong written & spoken English skills.
  • Great eye of detail.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • Someone who is easy to get along with and a person that can manage their own workload.
