1:1 Teaching Assistant or Support Worker required for a SEMH school in the Wigan area.

Are you Behavioural TA / Support Worker looking for a new opportunity in an SEMH School in Wigan area?

Tradewind is currently working with an SEMH School in the Wigan area Ofsted rated 'Good', the school are looking to recruit a 1:1 Behavioural TA or 1:1 Support Worker to work on a full-time, long term basis. This role is to start Immediately but for the correct candidate the school could possibly move, to continue for the remainder of the academic year.

The School is looking to employ a Teaching Assistant/Support Worker to work with a small group of students across KS3 and KS4, the group of children have a wide range of SEN and behavioural difficulties. This is a full-time position on a long term temporary contract, working 5 days per week.

The successful Teaching Assistant/ Support Worker will be required to have previous experience working as a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant and be confident working 1:1 with pupils and running small group intervention.

The SEMH School is in the Wigan area with excellent access to public transport links and free on-site parking.
