The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Child Care Solicitor or Legal Executive to head up a team of child care solicitors in the West Midlands.

You will be leading the way in building and developing the department and workload whilst having the full support of management to progress and drive the department forward.

Job knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 5 Years+ PQE
• Must have a clean, valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying
• Committed team player with ability to approach team concerns fairly, foster culture of positive change and encourage cross referrals
• Professional with a pro-active approach; excellent client care skills and ability to deal with vulnerable clients and resolve complicated practicalities involved in Child Care issues
• Excellent networking and communication skills with the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business
• Working knowledge of the publically funded Child Care work
• Have extensive experience in dealing with all Child Care work related work and some expertise on adoption matters
• Familiar with CCMS to deal with own applications

Salary £55,000-£65,000
