Excellent role on offer for a Proposals Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing company with ambitious growth plans, with the opportunity to continue career progression into more senior roles, but also improve your technical skills within an exciting industry.

Do you have experience in a proposal/tendering engineering position? Are you looking to develop your skills and progress your career?

On offer is the chance to expand your knowledge in proposals, within an exciting industry. You will be coordinating proposals, liaising closely with the sales team, as well as the client to produce technical, quotation and costing documentation for various projects. You will be working closely with the engineering and design team, working with P&ID's and technical drawings for potential customers.

This company specialise in high pressure solutions for a range of different industries such as energy and offshore, but also automotive, food and beverage etc. They are well-established, and due to growth and upcoming projects, are recruiting across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a good experience in a similar position, with an excellent engineering background too, including P&IDs and Design drawings. A good understanding of proposal/tendering processes within an engineering environment is preferred, with excellent communication skills.

The Role

• Handling incoming sales calls/projects
• Liasing with clients, sales and engineering teams
• Creating proposals, including product selection, quotes and costing
• £35,000 £40,000 + Training + Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Bonus

The Person

• Proposals Engineer/Tendering Engineer
• Good Engineering background, including relevant qualification
• Experience with P&IDs and technical drawings
• Proposal/tendering experience within engineering environment
