JRRL are looking for a Property Manager for both commercial and private residential portfolios in and around the South East London area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a role that involves setting up processes and managing a portfolio in excess of 100 units, be an excellent and clear communicator with previous experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities for the Property Manager:

  • Managing current commercial & residential portfolio  
  • Implementing systems, procedures and control to support the growth  
  • Dealing with landlord and tenants  
  • Block management  
  • Correspond with contractors, utilities & council  
  • Have and continually update legal knowledge and understanding of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act, Legal Notices
  • Manage the end of tenancy process including dilapidations  
  • Commercial lease renewals

Person Specification for the Property Manager:

  • At least one year of experience in Property Management  
  • Qualified ARLA/NAEA (Level 3 or above)  
  • Experience managing a portfolio of minimum of 100 units  
  • Experience setting up systems and processes and managing a team  
  • Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills  
  • Highly organised
