Property Manager (or Senior Property Manager) - Birmingham / Hybrid - £38 - 45k + Benefits

We’re working with an impressive, independent, multi-office managing agent whose work relating to Building/Fire Safety has seen them experience exponential portfolio growth year on year.

As a result, they are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager (or Senior Property Manager) as follows:

  • Working part home based, reporting into a Birmingham office as required
  • Managing a small, local portfolio of well run blocks (varying in size and type)
  • Undertaking the full range of property management duties with excellent in-house support
  • Visiting sites often, providing a visible presence and ensuring maintenance, repairs and major works are undertaken promptly
  • Providing a quality led and fully accountable service to residents at all times
  • QUBE proficiency beneficial but not essential
  • Ideally suited to those looking to move away from corporate environments

In addition to a structured career path, ongoing training, support for qualifications and a fantastic team environment, the successful Property Manager (or Senior Property Manager) can expect a basic salary up to £45k, car allowance (£3600), pension, perk box, nursery benefit, long service awards and 5 weeks holiday (plus public) to start.
