An established and growing property company are looking for a Property Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be someone organised and self-motivated with excellent relationship building and administration skills.

This is an office based role and the hours are 9am-6pm.

Key Duties:

  • Provide great customer service to landlords and protect their assets.
  • Create good relationships with tenants.
  • Manage routine maintenance issues and be able to trouble-shoot basic issues over the telephone/by email.
  • Liaise with contractors and utility companies and arrange quotes and instruct works where necessary.
  • Check and process invoices.
  • Liaise between landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure all compliance is up to date and legislation is followed.
  • Ability to work well individually and within a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication required.
  • Good understanding of IT

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent IT skills with intermediate Microsoft Office ability.
  • Previous experience in a similar position in estate agency or administration role is preferred
