Property Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Property Manager to join a small but dynamic and close-knit Property Management firm based in Clapham.
The Property Manager Role
The successful Property Manager will also work in a Lettings Consultant capacity and will manage the letting process from start to finish including advertising, property viewings & tenancy agreements.
Alongside this, the incoming Property Manager will manage an exciting portfolio of properties, liaise with tenants and maintenance staff to resolve any issues, attend viewings, provide excellent customer service to tenants, and assist the development team with interior design and dressing of properties.
This is a full 360 role and would be the perfect opportunity for a dynamic individual eager for strong long-term progression, exciting commission opportunities and the chance to really make the role your own.
The Property Manager
- Previous experience in Property Management or similar role
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- A valid UK driving license
In Return?
- Expected earnings: £35,000 - £45,000 (including commission)
- Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm
- Flexible start times available
- Uncapped commission potential
