An established family run property management company based in North West London are recruiting an experienced residential Property Manager to join their team. This position is a 1 year maternity contract role.

This is a hybrid position and offers parking and other benefits.

Duties will include:
* Management of roughly 200 residential properties
* Handling all property maintenance management
* Liaising with tenants regarding repairs and maintenance
* Coordinating engineers to attend property visits
* Management with day-to-day property management issues
* Overseeing maintenance and repair work
* Updating property files and raising rental invoices
* Working alongside estate agencies regarding rental of properties

Skills and Attributes:
*Experience within residential property management/property maintenance management
*Excellent IT skills
