JOB TITLE:    Property Litigation Solicitor - Locum
PQE:              3 + years
LOCATION:   Merseyside / Remote
SALARY:       £40 - £45 per hour

•The appointed Solicitor will oversee a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including county court defended matters related to breaches of residential leaseholds.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.

•Applicants will be a qualified Solicitor with 3 + years’ PQE and relevant experience working within a similar role.

•Attendance in the office is not essential provided the candidate possesses the requisite skills and has some familiarity with the firms’ systems.
