The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior-level solicitor with ideally 1-3 years PQE to join the core of our Property Litigation team. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about property law and litigation and aspires to excel in this field. In this role, you will have ample opportunities for direct client engagement, working alongside experienced team members who are committed to your professional development. The successful candidate will possess solid legal, technical, and interpersonal skills, acquired through previous experience in property law and litigation, preferably within a London firm or larger provincial firm. Key responsibilities include providing sound legal advice, demonstrating excellent analytical ability, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our firm through business development activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years PQE as a solicitor specialising in property litigation.
- Strong legal, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse legal issues and find effective solutions.
- Track record of meeting time targets and delivering high-quality work.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
