Property Lawyer – East Sussex – Specialist Law Firm

TN Recruits Law have an excellent opening available with this highly reputable, specialist law firm, offering bespoke client services, based in the heart of the East Sussex countryside.

They are a modern and ambitious firm, seeking a self-sufficient and skilled Property Law professional to join their experienced, close-knit and efficient team.

They have a varied and well established client base, including private individuals, investors, landlords, tenants, developers and renewable energy companies etc. They pride themselves on their agile and adaptable service, committed to delivering tailored solutions and building lasting client relationships.

Reporting to the firms’ Director, the Property Lawyer will take a lead role in managing the practice caseload. You should have extensive experience within Conveyancing law either within a Senior capacity, or be seeking to move to a Senior role. You will be supported by a Legal Assistant and will cover a range of matters including Sales and Purchases, Freehold and Leasehold, New Mortgages, Transfers of Equity and New builds etc.

The team are highly collaborative, friendly and supportive and get along very well. They have a relaxed, open plan office environment and offer excellent opportunity for development.   

Salary: DOE 
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: East Sussex
