�? My client, a leading property company in London, is seeking a Full-Time Property Administrator/Team Assistant to join their dynamic team.

?? In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with two distinct teams, Plus, ensuring a diverse and stimulating work experience.

�? As a Property Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • ?? Checking and maintaining data using various technologies.
  • ?? Providing leasing support to managers.
  • �? Assisting with property management administration.
  • ?? Handling utility management and invoicing.
  • ??? Liaising with contractors and agents for key management.
  • ?? Managing post for commercial properties.
  • ?? Overseeing health & safety compliance for offices.
  • ?? Assisting with wider reporting and finance team collaboration.

?? As a Team Assistant, your general responsibilities will include:

  • ?? Assisting with office management duties.
  • ?? Liaising with external contractors for IT support and building maintenance.
  • ?? Providing support to the team across offices.
  • ?? Managing post and office supplies.
  • ?? Covering reception duties and managing calls.
  • ? Completing ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • ?? Providing cover for the office on WFH days if necessary.

�? In addition, as part of the Retirement Plus team, you will:

  • ?? Deal with customer queries from elderly and bereaved individuals.
  • ?? Oversee external legal advisors.
  • �? Ensure smooth property handover and disposal.
  • ?? Update directors on company matters.
  • ?? Assist with issuing annual plan statements and required information.

?? To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ?? A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • ?? 2-3 years of experience in property ideally commercial porperty.
  • ?? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
  • ?? Good written communication skills.
  • ?? Interest and experience in using technology in a business environment.

?? This is a full-time position, based in central London. You will be working usual office hours, with an hour for lunch. A degree is preferred, but if you have relevant experience and skills, we still encourage you to apply!

?? My client offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, they provide the option to work from home on Fridays (subject to discretion).
