ARE YOU THE ONE?

Our Promoter Development Manager will be responsible for driving the promoter team in Ireland to success. You’ll foster excellence and continuous development for all promoters through the creation and completion of personal development plans. 

You’ll support the team through conducting field accompaniments, reviewing performance and upskilling through training and coaching. Through driving performance, you will ensure sales, market share and ROI continue to grow, and targets are exceeded. You’ll play a crucial role ensuring new promoters have the best onboarding experience and are supported throughout their careers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

MANAGEMENT

Management of the Samsung Promoter team across Ireland. Building the strategy, driving key activities, and measuring performance of your team against business KPIs

Build on your own capabilities and creation of development plans to upskill the team, setting clear, stretching objectives for the Promoters in your region 

PEOPLE PRACTICES

To work in partnership with the HR team to support Team performance monitoring, e.g. investigations, flexible working requests etc. by taking the lead on these meetings and or supporting the line manager with note taking on HR activity

Working with internal stakeholders to ensure we recruit and induct the best talent into the region, ensuring engagement and retention is maintained

PRODUCT FOCUS

Conduct observational visits with Promoters, ensuring outstanding demonstrations showcasing the benefits of the 5G product Range and Samsung ecosystem of products

Offering direction and support to the team, focusing on sales management and product training

INSIGHTS

Ensure reporting data is received from the team in a timely and accurate fashion

To populate relevant reports with accurate information and deliver to stakeholders on performance and activity 

To feedback competitor insight and market knowledge to ensure efficiencies are at an optimum

RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Always taking a proactive approach to driving the business forward and identifying development areas – showing determination and drive to deliver company targets

Demonstrating ROI on all Promoter activity and benefit to Samsung’s sales and market share

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

  • You’re passionate about people management, coaching, and development, ideally with previous experience in remote people management
  • You’re able to demonstrate experience in building personal development plans to drive success within a team. Able to identify and develop actions plans to support underperformance
  • You’re able to navigate various people related tasks, demonstrating an understanding of HR practices and able to manage complex situations
  • You’re able to work independently and flexibility, managing your time effectively whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re an excellent communicator, ensuring messages are clear, concise and, effective
  • You’re passionate about creating a positive culture, fostering morale and engagement
  • You’re commercially savvy, able to utilise your data and analytical skills to find innovative solutions to challenges
