An amazing, slick, international law firm are hiring an Projects and Support Assistant to join their beautiful Birmingham City Centre office!

This is 35 hours per week with a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

This role is a varied and exciting role, which would consist of delivering administrative support for both projects and fee earners/support staff within the firm. This would include:

v Involvement with new starter processes for contracts on project work

v Assisting with administrative queries for the projects

v Processing invoices

v Producing reports across word

v Provide support to the Senior Management Team with arranging meetings and managing diaries

v Typing, printing and scanning documents/emails

v Answering phone calls

This role requires the candidate to have excellent secretarial or administrative skills, a great level of communication and organisation, accurate attention to detail and self-motivation. Previous office experience is desirable for this role.
