Project Quantity Surveyor

A prestigious Main Contractor in Central London is on the lookout for a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Specialising in high-end developments, this firm handles projects up to £7m across both residential and commercial sectors in prime London locations and Surrey.

The Company:

Role of the Project Quantity Surveyor:
  • Lead projects independently.
  • Drive development within an up-and-coming company.
  • Manage extensive residential project portfolios.
The Ideal Project Quantity Surveyor:
  • Strong background in managing luxury residential projects.
  • Independent project management skills.

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

  • £55,000 - £65,000
  • Car allowance
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (+1 every year)
