A proactive Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy, with a strong share of the high end residential sector, are seeking a client facing Project Quantity Surveyor.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based from their London office which holds 15+ Quantity Surveyors, the new Project Quantity Surveyor will predominantly work on high end, super prime residential projects across London and the Home Counties.

The Project Quantity Surveyor shall be involved throughout the whole project life cycle, from inception to completion, and will lead the projects with Director level support.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Experience working within a PQS consultancy / cost management practice
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector
  • Professional, client facing character
  • Able to act independently on projects
