As a seasoned Project Manager, you'll spearhead multiple workstreams, blending operational and IT facets to bring our vision to life. But that's just the beginning - with us, you'll have the chance to shape key initiatives across the entire Redde Northgate group.

In this role, you'll take the reins in planning and executing projects, ensuring they hit the mark in terms of timelines, quality, and cost. You'll be the bridge between our team and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and championing our project's success.

Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience + company car/ £5,200 car allowance

About you

  • 3+ Years’ experience in a similar Project Management role within an IT or Business facing environment.
  • Advanced Project Management qualification (e.g. Agile PM, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMI).
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Project or other planning tools such as Monday.com
  • Experienced in utilising software development tooling such as JIRA, Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Agile methodology training/experience, such as Certified SCRUM Master (CSM).
  • Experience of a full ERP, CMS, PMS or other large IT programme rollout from inception to delivery is desirable including, but not limited to, leading key workstreams such as data, testing and implementation.
  • Proven track record of working in transformation by implementing process and IT changes and / or embedding organisational change within an organisation.
  • Experience of helping to develop and embed Project or Change methodologies and PMO governance.
