Project Manager - Data Consent - 6 month contract - Up to £600p.d. Onside IR35

UK leading food distributor within the catering industry are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract. The Data Consent Project will focus on implementing a data consent management platform.  The right person will have extensive experience in similar implementation projects, proven data privacy compliance knowledge and a background managing enterprise level projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination of documenting business and technical requirements
  • Work closely with business and IT to create processes for selecting a platform and partner to implement a global consent and identify platform.
  • Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and technical teams to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Lead a cross-functional project team consisting of IT professionals and business analysts.
  • Develop a comprehensive project budget outlining costs associated with software licensing, implementation services, hardware upgrades (if necessary), and ongoing maintenance. Utilize project management tools to track project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Implement a quality assurance process to ensure the implemented data consent platform functions as intended, meets regulatory requirements, and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. 

The Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management with a successful track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise projects involving data privacy compliance and implementation of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions like Adobe Experience Platform, SAP CDC, Oracle Identity Cloud Service (OICS), or Auth0.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they impact data collection, storage, and user consent requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across technical and business functions.
  • Experience or understanding of Emarsys or similiar platforms would be beneficial.

  • Up to £600 per day: Outside IR35
  • Initial 6 month contract
  • Hybrid role: 3 days onsite
  • Trowbridge office
