Our client based in Reading is currently recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator to join their offices. The role will involve supporting the office with general administration and following up on any internal correspondence, highlighting any issues to ensure the work is processed in a timely manner.

Location: Central Reading

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

The role will involve:

  • Administrative support for multiple teams using in-house databases.
  • Ensuring projects are compliant with the companies' rules and legislation.
  • First class customer service both to colleagues and external clients
  • Providing front of house services such as telephone, door answering and meeting & greeting visitors
  • Arranging meetings including booking and setting up meeting rooms and proficiency with Zoom / Microsoft Teams
  • Producing report appendices & ensure report formatting is completed to a high level.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Person:

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and unsupervised.
  • Organised and efficient, able to balance multiple priorities and manage own time efficiently.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
  • Proficient with MS Office
