Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the major global law firms as an assistant within their projects and processes department has just become available! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will provide administrative support to the team; ensuring the smooth-running and efficiency of the team’s processes.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working with the team’s databases and systems; collating and inputting data and information and streamlining the team’s processes and contracts
  • Providing administrative support and answering administrative queries to support the project throughout its life-cycle
  • Preparing and drafting reports using Excel, Word and other applications to a high quality; adhering to the firm’s house style
  • File management and maintenance, including archiving, retrieval, printing and scanning
  • General administrative duties when required

Prospective applicants must have previous administrative experience within professional services; either within legal or a similar-calibre sector. Applicants must be highly organised with an exceptional attention-to-detail, have excellent communication skills and thrive working as part of a team.

This role is best suited for an individual with strong administration and an interest in legal, rather than an aspiring solicitor.
