As they continue to expand, they're seeking a dedicated Project/Accounts Manager to join the team and help maintain their stellar reputation.

Position Overview:

They are currently looking for a detail-oriented Project/Accounts Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects and manage client accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
  • Prepare project proposals, estimates, and invoices in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenses, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management or account management, within the large format printing industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of large format printing processes and techniques (preferred but not required).
