Ongoing Contract role (day rate or FTC)

3 days in Mayfair Office (may be more flexible depending on autonomy of the person)

Project Accountant role within a Real Estate Development and investment Business - growing rapidly and a looking for someone who can work on managing their projects on an ongoing contract basis.

Duties to include:

  • Finance team
  • Timely production of accurate insightful monthly management accounts
  • Management of results against forecasts and provide variance analysis for leadership team review
  • Preparation, key support, analysis and coordination of the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycle.
  • Accountable for the timely and accurate completion of balance sheet reconciliations and identification of potential risks/opportunities
  • Ensure financial processes/controls are adhered to and to identify/implement improvements in processes and systems as appropriate
  • Review and challenge Project Financials at Forecast & Review meetings
  • Application of commercial understanding to drive project profitability
  • Overview and review of VAT returns, PSA and other tax returns
  • Manage the interim and year-end audit process working with External Auditors
