Are you a hard-working individual, looking to join a flexible and supportive team? As a Production Operator you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and production teams, liaising with internal staff and managing the handling of goods.

This is a great opportunity to work within a manufacturing company where full training will be provided from senior staff.

In return you will receive: 20 days holiday (increasing to 23 days after 3 years) + Bank Holidays, Birthday Day off, Flexible working plus a yearly profit related bonus.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7:30 - 4:30 & Friday 7:30 - 1:30

Duties & Responsibilities of the Production Operator:

  • Operate machinery.
  • Carry out general housekeeping duties within your area of responsibility.
  • Maintain production operations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and expand knowledge in line with training.
  • Implement and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations within the warehouse.

What you will need to succeed as Production Operator:

  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Hard working individual
  • Ability to work neatly and consistently both individually and as part of a team, following defined production processes.
