Production Operative

Production/ shop floor operative

Location: Rochford, Essex

Days: Monday - Thursday

Hours: 6:45am - 4:30pm (30 minute Lunch + 15 Minute tea break)

This is a Temporary position.

Pay rate: £12:00 - £14:00 phr

Here at Noble Recruiting i am wokring with one of the leading manufactures of high precision materials. They are looking for a dedicated, motivated and eager candidate to join their ever-growing team, whilst working on some incredible projects.

Role responsibilities:

• Use of hand tools and machines to complete burring, drilling and general production.
• Ensure all work is completed with a quality control standard.
• Inspection of materials and compounds.
• Help with the rework of components.
• Reporting any difficulties.
• Ensuring a clean and organised shop floor at all times.
• stock rotation and recording.
• Reporting any machinery compications and issues.

Skills/ Experience:

• Experience working within an engineering background.
• Experience working within machine operations would be advantegous.
• Good English language - reading, writing and speaking.
• Good eye for detail.
• Desire to work in a focused environment.
• Happy to work in a pressure environment and to deadlines.
