• Manage and oversee all production activities within your department
• Maintain a clear understanding of the company's strategic objectives.
• Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all production activities align with health and safety regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and manage the production budget.
• Lead, motivate, and develop an experienced, highly skilled production team

Profile

A successful Production Manager here should have:

• A proven track record as a production manager in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing a production team across a range of manufacturing processes.
• You must be a proven leader, a strong character and an accomplished people manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
• People development capabilities and the ability to up-skill your workforce is essential.

Job Offer

£60,000 to £70,000 plus bonus and benefits
