Production Engineer required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer based in the Sandwich, Kent area. Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production engineering processes from design through to production.

Production Engineer Position Overview

  • Responsible for managing the standards, methods and procedures for the design and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • Producing production plans and build documentation for projects
  • Developing best practices to improve production capacity
  • Supporting new product introductions
  • Occasional travel to customer and supplier sites
  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities

Production Engineer Position Requirements

  • Previous experience within a Process Engineering / NPI related role
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Based in a commutable distance of Sandwich, Kent

Production Engineer Position Remuneration

  • Competitive salary
  • Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday (2 in 4 Fridays off a month)
  • Bonus scheme & DIS scheme
  • Pension and holiday allowance
