Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our clients' dynamic team on a 12M Maternity Cover Contract - this is a unique opportunity to work for a highly respected Fortune 500 company recognized globally for its ethical practices and commitment to its employees. Our client are a global leader in providing healthcare professionals with everything they need to succeed, from everyday supplies to equipment, to software & financial solutions and much more.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan across various channels to maximize product sales and profitability, including new product launches.
• Lead the optimization of a Global E-commerce Platform strategy, focusing on advertising, personalization, product information and customer journeys.
• Build strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring regular meetings and maximizing rebates to drive revenue and support product marketing.
• Manage a team of 3 Marketing Executives, fostering their development and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Analyze marketing data using Qlik to drive future strategy and demonstrate ROI.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their potential.
• Proven success in managing marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data manipulation abilities.
• Solid budget management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing qualification (preferred).
