Handle Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a global retail brand who are looking for an immediate part-time Footwear Product Developer to join them on an interim basis for the next 2-3 months.

Working with a busy design team, reporting directly into the Head of Product Development, you will support with critical path, tech packs, process alignment, and coordination with key partners in the UK and Asia, ensuring all teams are on track with key milestones and delivery dates.

  • Support the critical path, process alignment, and coordination with key partners in the UK and Asia.
  • Working closely with our Design Team to ensure that designer's vision is executed and functional, as well as on target.
  • Be a key point of contact for development queries for Product Merchandising, Design, Planning, R&D, our APAC Product Development Team.
  • Ownership of the development cycle from Product Brief and Design Handover to our Commercialisation and Manufacturing teams in Asia.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the development critical time lines, sampling, budgets and supplier and materials coordination.
  • General admin responsibilities as required to be successful in the role.

Starting ASAP, hybrid working 2 days office, 3 home, but on occasion during range times you will be in the office full-time. Part-time days Mon-Thur. £170-£181 per day (PAYE).
