Procurement Officer -

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Procurment Manager of this local authority. The role will consist of the following duties:

To commission and procure, the supply of accommodation, including temporary accommodation, direct lets, and private rented sector accommodation. and provide effective contract monitoring.

To work closely with the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing new initiatives to PRS landlords to increase the supply of PRS properties to ensure that supply meets demand.

Promote and market key private rented sector schemes to landlords, letting agents, developers, and other external partners, with ongoing high quality relationship management of all key stakeholders.

Be eligible to work within the UK
Good knowledge of Housing Legislation
