Atkinson Moss are delighted to support their client in their search for a Procurement Associate, Category Manager.

Under the guidance of the Head of Procurement the successful candidate will contribute to achieving savings targets and embedding best practice within procurement processes and decisions, with an emphasis on compliance and working within UK legal obligations. You will also be required to work within financial regulations specific to the employer and their Procurement legislation.

The centralised procurement function supports budget holders who hold responsibility for day-to-day procurement for common goods and services along with providing advice to the wider procurement community.

Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Analysis of purchasing needs

- Preparation of procurement plans

- Procurement activity

- Establish stakeholder service standards

- Benchmarking

- Monitor supplier performance

- Tender and contract review


The role is offered on full-time basis on a 12-month FTC covering maternity leave. Based West of Norwich with free parking and an excellent benefits package.
