Search is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to become an integral part of our clients Procurement team in the Facilities Management Industry. On a typical day, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of procurement processes.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering procurement processes, from sourcing materials to raising purchase orders.
* Implementing measures to track and manage outstanding purchase orders effectively.
* Maintaining seamless communication with engineers, suppliers, and management to ensure the completion of work.
* Compiling and updating progress/status reports for key clients.
* Creating and monitoring returns, managing the process from start to finish.
* Recording legislative documentation to meet client/company recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced Administrator with a proven track record.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
* Exceptional organizational and prioritisation skills.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages.
