Butler Rose is working with our large FTSE250 client in their search for a Procure to Pay (PTP) Business Analyst to join their Team. This is a minimum of a three month contract with the opportunity to be extended to six months and will pay PAYE day rate depending on experience. This is a remote role with occasional travel to their Northampton/London offices.

The role will be responsible for the execution of procurement and payment processes within an organisation. This role involves analysing purchasing activities, vendor management, and invoice processing to streamline operations, ensure compliance and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with procurement and accounts payable teams to understand PTP workflows.
* Implement and maintain procurement and payment systems (e.g., e-procurement tools, AP automation).
* Monitor compliance processes with purchasing policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Understanding of sales operations, order management, and billing processes.
* Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.
* Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
