Process Engineering Manager
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Process Engineering Manager, with a strong background in chemical manufacturing to join a leading manufacturing business based in Yorkshire.

As the Process Engineering Manager, reporting to the Site Engineering Manager you will:
- Manage a team of Process Engineers, prioritising resources to deliver ongoing process and plant support, alongside supporting the site’s capital investment programme
- You and your team will be involved in the design and execution of multiple projects varying in complexity and timescale
- You will also have in depth knowledge of Process Safety Management to support the site in liaising with statutory authorities
- Collaborating with other off-site teams, you will also apply your leadership skills and expertise to facilitate the introduction of new products and technologies onto site
To be considered for the Process Engineering Manager role you will need:
- Proven leadership skills and a demonstrable track record of leading change
- Proven line management experience for a team of engineers
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and partners
- Proven experience in Process Safety Management
- Knowledge of typical chemical site unit operations
- Educated to degree level in Chemical/Process Engineering

- Experience of using SAP
