Are you experienced developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing process control plans? Do you have strong knowledge of precision machining processes? If so, this position could be perfect for you! Our client is a growing and well-respected precision manufacturing business, and they’re looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their reputable organisation.

Process Engineer
Job Description
  • Assist in the resolution of manufacturing issues
  • Identify and initiate process improvements in conjunction with the production management team
  • Apply Lean manufacturing and best practices to maximise manufacturing efficiencies
  • Monitoring and developing new manufacturing and production processes
  • Work closely with Production to ensure product quality and process capability is delivered

Process Engineer
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining and machining processes (milling, turning, grinding)
  • Experience in a similar position improving manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Knowledge/experience of Six Sigma, process excellence tools, Lean manufacturing methodologies or similar
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient skills using MS Office packages
