Plant Engineer in Neuchatel, Switzerland - 12 month position - Chemical industry experience welcomed

We're seeking a talented french speaking Plant Engineer with a passion for technical excellence, a GMP background and an understanding of working within a cross functional role.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary technical expert for critical GMP utilities including HVAC systems, Water Systems, Cooling systems, Chillers, Process Gases, and Building Utility Systems.

- Actively participate in investigations, deviations, and CAPAs, ensuring compliance with quality and EHS standards.

- Lead or support the design and qualification of equipment/plant improvements, changes, or upgrades.

- Monitor, evaluate, and approve supplier interventions for facilities and utilities equipment.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of GMP environments - pharma, biotech or chemical considered.

- Engineering degree (BS, MS, or equivalent) in mechanical, automation/technical engineering, biotechnology, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech/Chemical or Energy industries.

- Excellent organization and communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management.

**Language Skills:**

Fluency in French is essential for this role.
