• Handle a full and varied contentious probate caseload  
• The Inheritance Act
• Contested wills
• Executor disputes
• Equitable interest claims

What will you need? 

• Ideally to be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year of experience in contentious probate  
• Unqualified paralegals and part-qualified legal executives with litigation experience and an interest in contentious probate are also encouraged to apply
