The Team

  • The Private Wealth team specializes in UK and international tax and estate planning, trusts and trust administration, landed estates, and immigration.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments, they offer comprehensive assistance to individuals on matters spanning residential property, employment, business affairs, and family law.
  • As part of the Private Wealth Department, Solicitors/Associates will manage a diverse workload catering to a high-quality client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Some of the duties include tax, trusts, and estate planning for private clients, professional, and corporate trustees, encompassing wills, trusts, EPAs, LPAs, tax planning (both UK and international), trust administration services, probate, and estate administration.
  • Responsibilities entail efficiently progressing client work while maintaining regular communication regarding progress, fees, and disbursements.
  • Active participation in marketing events and business development activities, including writing articles for internal and external publications, is also expected.
