With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, they specialize in advising private equity firms, investment funds, and corporate clients on a wide range of complex transactions.

The firm are seeking a talented and motivated Private Equity Transactions Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile private equity transactions, providing strategic counsel and support to our clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of private equity transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged buyouts.
  • Conduct due diligence, analyze legal risks, and provide strategic advice to clients on transactional matters.
  • Draft and review transactional documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and regulatory experts, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights on deal progress and key legal issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in private equity transactions at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
