What will you do?
- Advise on a broad private client caseload
- This will include Wills, Estate Administration, Probate, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Trust and Inheritance Tax Planning & Trust administration
- Keep up with changes in the private client market
- Contribute where possible to the development of the department and client base
- Lawyers with a particular interest/niche in Trusts could take on a more Trusts based focus
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Ideally with at least 1 year of private client experience, those with many more years’ experience will be considered
