My client is a highly respected law firm, established near New Malden, Surrey. Due to on-going growth, they are now seeking a 3 year plus PQE Private Client Solicitor to join their law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the Private Client team. The ongoing training and support provided, together with the opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for the successful candidate. You will have the opportunity to expand your legal knowledge in this area and develop, gaining invaluable experience.

Position Overview:

  • Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust
  • Dealing with Trust Administration and the administration of estates
  • Providing tax advice to a range of clients
  • Running your own case-load & reporting to the leads in the team
  • Providing legal advice to clients in stressful situations
  • Keeping up to date with any changes in the law
  • Maintsin and nurture existing relationships with valued clients whilst developing new connections
  • Maintain organised and up to date files, adhering to the firms policies

Position Requirements:

  • 3 years + PQE Private Client Solicitor
  • Excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate commitment
  • Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, and works well under pressure
  • Experience in running your own case-load
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)

Position Remuneration

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
