THE ROLE:
This firm is seeking a further Lawyer to join their growing private client team, capable of working both independently and within a team. The role will encompass drafting wills, probate and estate administration, tax and trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and some court of protection work. You will have the chance to handle an interesting and varied caseload, with opportunities for additional training and development in handling complex matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years PQE and be confident in delivering a full range of services to clients. Experience in contentious probate matters and STEP membership is desirable.
