This well-established Yorkshire based firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE. The successful Private Client Solicitor will be involved in a variety of private client matters and have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.

Responsibilities for the Private Client Solicitor:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to Wills, probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration and inheritance tax planning
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction
  • Handle complex private client cases and demonstrate proficiency in a broad spectrum of private client work
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, complying with the firm’s policies and procedures
  • Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other appointments as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various offices to share knowledge and expertise

Requirements for Private Client Solicitor:

  • Qualified Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in private client law
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of private client work, demonstrating a broad skill set
  • Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the firm
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ambitious and proactive with a commitment to continuous professional development
